Update
The period of API downtime during the maintenance is now complete and after a period of monitoring services have returned to normal.

This did take ten minutes longer than anticipated and we're very sorry for any inconvenience this has caused.

There are no further disruptions to service scheduled for the remainder of this maintenance.

To further confirm the upstream maintenance tonight;

The 8 hour window is from 23:30 UTC on 23rd to 07:30 UTC on 24th.

During this window, there is an expected downtime of 50 minutes from 00:00 UTC to 00:50 UTC.

There is not expected to be any impact outside of these 50 minutes.

One of our upstream providers is performing essential maintenance to their platform.

During this 8 hour window, there is expected to be a period of 50 minutes where all API calls relating to this provider will fail.
This period of downtime will be from approximately 00:00 - 00:50 on 24th July 2024.

During these 50 minutes, all API calls to this provider will fail. This includes orders and calls to ICCIDs beginning 89320.

Data connectivity will not be affected.


Orders from our other provider and calls to ICCIDs beginning 89431 will not be affected.
