Dear Partners,

One of our SMDP+ providers is completing maintenance on this date.

Any eSIMs already provisioned by this SMDP+ provider will experience a period of 30 minutes where they cannot be installed.

To reduce the impact on your customers, we will be moving to one of our alternative SMDP+ providers ahead of this window. This will ensure that any recently purchased eSIMs should install without issue.

There will be no impact on the connectivity of eSIMs that are already installed.
