Dear Partners,

Our providers have informed us of that they are observing severe degradation for data service in Belgium for the Proximus network.
The operator is aware and actively working on resolving the issue.
Please note, this issue is only impacting Belgium at the moment.
Any eSIMs currently in Belgium should automatically connect to our other supported networks, if this is not the case, please advise a device restart or manual network selection of the other networks.

We are monitoring the situation closely and will provide updates as soon as they are available to us.
