As part of our upstream providers' commitment to high-quality service, they are performing upgrades on some of their service nodes. Whilst there is no impact expected, there may be a temporary loss of some data sessions in rare instances. However, any eSIM that disconnects will restore itself autonomously and promptly. This will only affect eSIMs with ICCIDs beginning 89320.
